CANCELLATION POLICY

The Fiber Broadband Association must receive all cancellation requests in writing by April 11, 2019. Email your cancellation request to registration@fiberbroadband.org. All refunds will be processed 3-6 weeks after the conference and will be assessed a $50 administrative fee. All sales are final after April 12, 2019. Substitutions can be made, without a fee, by contacting our registration team at registration@fiberbroadband.org.

If you registered for the incorrect registration type, you will be notified in email by the Fiber Broadband Association. You will have 10 days from the date you receive the email notification to decide if you would like to cancel your registration without an administrative fee of $50 or pay any difference for the correct registration type. After that time has passed, you will have forfeited the option to cancel and receive a refund.
