As Senior Vice President of AFL’s Infrastructure Services Group (ISG), Larry DaLuz leads a team responsible for delivering broadband networks for customers. With a reputation for being a trusted partner, AFL’s ISG team provides design, build, provisioning and materials for the implementation of customers networks, offering integrated solutions, including engineering, construction, quality management and connections across North America. These network solutions enable customers to grow, embrace new markets and technologies, and improve operating flexibility and performance.

With 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Larry is known for leading through innovation, quality and customer service excellence with a heavy focus on safety and team building. Larry is a leader with a breadth of industry knowledge in communications networks and technology, and its applications. He has extensive experience in engineering and network construction methods along with material logistics with a clear understanding of what it takes to succeed where change is the norm and is often filled with challenges.

Larry has led teams at the Executive level across North America. He has built a personal and professional brand that includes trust, respect, collaboration, innovative thinking and the pursuit of continuous improvement.

Larry is a graduate of the Simon Fraser University where he earned a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree. He has served on the board of BC One Call and is an active volunteer in the community.
