Mark Tichenor serves as Executive Vice President for On Trac, Inc.  Prior to this Executive role, Mark oversaw FTTP operations for all On Trac systems in multiple locations.  That oversight proved effective in directing system Managers and bringing refinements to the company- easily interfacing with all levels of the workforce, from technicians to the CEO and executive clients.  Mark has been instrumental in five successful FTTP client Start Ups dealing with workforce hiring, training systems, client specs, back office structure, database deployment, material management, field work quality, and customer service systems.  Mark is based in Colorado to represent and solidify the western extension of corporate operations.  He has recently joined the Deployment Specialists Working Group of the Fiber Broadband Association
