Chris Laughlin is an attorney in the Communications Practice Group of Kelley Drye & Warren LLP where he counsels communications and technology clients on matters involving key legal, regulatory, and policy issues that arise when operating in the Internet ecosystem, including barriers to broadband deployment, spectrum access, and privacy and data security obligations. His advice and representation on these matters ranges from regulatory compliance and enforcement defense at the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), to policy advocacy at the FCC and on the Hill, to litigation in federal district and appellate courts, and transactional matters between private entities. He earned his J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School and an LL.M. in Advocacy from Georgetown University Law Center, where he also served as an attorney in the Communications & Technology Law Clinic.
