Michael Render is CEO and Principal Analyst at RVA LLC Market Research and Consulting, a nationally and internationally known firm with a thirty-year history of service to a wide range of organizations. He is a recognized expert in North American fiber broadband rollout and is a regular presenter at national and international broadband and smart cities conferences as well as consultant to numerous public and private organizations in the fiber optic industry. The Fiber Broadband Association has relied on his research since 2002.

Render has received numerous industry recognition for his work in the broadband arena, and for RVA’s research influence on FCC policy. He is a Fiber Broadband Association Star Award recipient.

His firm has recently expanded research into the growing fields of 5G and Smart City technology deployment.
