Ryan joined the City of Loveland after 18 years as a principal owner in an electrical engineering consulting business, where he served well over 100 technology implementations to clients ranging from Bermuda to Alaska and everywhere in between. He is now using his education and knowledge of Pulse’s broadband active network and infrastructure to manage inside plant operations. He is actively building network objectives to meet customer needs, meet growth projections and take rate, serving to troubleshoot and solve issues with network equipment and routing, as well as provide technical support and solutions for the overall network.
