Explore sustainable models of fiber deployments using a public-private partnership. Using the backdrop of the city of Salisbury, North Carolina’s failing system, and the system take-over by Hotwire, we will discuss the options presented to the city; the sustainable deal made between Hotwire and the city; and how this arrangement can inform sustainable P3 models for greenfield fiber deployments.
